Craig Cherry to lead Epcon Columbus region

DUBLIN, Ohio (May 10, 2023) – Epcon Communities has announced Craig Cherry as its new Columbus Regional President.

Craig Cherry comes to Epcon from Toll Brothers, where he spent a majority of his career. Serving in multiple capacities and markets over his career, Cherry was most recently Division President for Toll Brothers’ New Jersey Division. Cherry oversaw all regional homebuilding operations including land acquisition, entitlements, development, sales and construction.

Cherry replaces Joel Rhoades, who was recently promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Epcon Communities.
